Welcome Committee

The Club d'âge d'or (Golden Age Club or Seniors Club) realizes that many newcomers to our region are often overwhelmed when moving to Grande-Digue. Who does what? Who's in charge? Where do I go for ...? How do I really become part of the community?

It was therefore decided to form a committee which would give a hand to individuals and families to feel welcome in our area as quickly as possible.

So, don't be surprised if a committee member knocks on your door to welcome you.

After a visit or if you have not received a visit, here are a few resources and services offered in Grande-Digue. As you will see: yes, Grande-Digue is an active community.

Our Mission
The mission of the Welcome Committee is to greet all new Grande-Digue residents by wishing them "Bienvenue" and providing as much information as possible to help them integrate our community.

Territory
The territory covered by the committee is that of the Grande-Digue LSD (Local Service District) and the Shediac Bridge - Shediac River LSD. It is also the area known as the religious parish of Grande-Digue.
